1 package of Negresco Cookies

1 can of half-and-half
250g of milk chocolate chips

At the bottom of a small angel food cake pan, lined with aluminum foil, place 8 cookies
Using a blender, blend the remaining cookies and reserve
In a stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and half-and-half
Distribute over the cookies
Spread the crushed cookie on top and press down gently with a spoon
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix in the remaining half-and-half, and place over the crushed cookie
Freeze for at least three hours
When serving, unmold.
