1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of low-fat natural yogurt
1 package of pineapple-flavored jelly
1 package of raspberry-flavored jelly
1 package of blueberry-flavored jelly
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of low-fat natural yogurt
1 package of pineapple-flavored jelly
1 package of raspberry-flavored jelly
1 package of blueberry-flavored jelly
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions
Combine with the yogurt and set aside
Prepare one of the jelly flavors according to the packaging instructions and distribute into individual cups or ramekins
Place in the freezer until firm
Remove from the freezer and create a thin layer of the yogurt-gelatin mixture over the colored jelly, then return it to the freezer until firm again
Repeat the process with the other jelly flavor
Finish with a colorful layer
