Cut the apples and pears into thin slices and brush them with lemon juice. Reserve

Boil the water in a medium saucepan, then remove from heat
Gradually add the gelatin to the warm water, stirring constantly until dissolved
Let it cool down

Pour some of the prepared gelatin into the bottom of the mold, forming a layer 0.5 cm thick
Place in the freezer for five minutes or until it starts to set
Remove from the freezer and arrange
the grapes cut in half, side by side
Reserve the ones left over
Carefully cover the grapes with gelatin and place in the refrigerator for ten minutes or until it starts to set

Remove from the refrigerator and create a layer of pear slices
Add more gelatin to cover and then add a layer of apple slices on top, followed by another layer of mango slices
Add the remaining gelatin and cover with plastic wrap
Place in the refrigerator for six hours or until firm.
