Gelatin
4 tablespoons of Agar Agar
5 cups of water
2 3/4 cups of sugar (1/2 kg)
1 tablespoon of orange blossom essence
Fruits:
pineapple, melon cubes, and strawberry slices

Syrup:
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
Gelatin

To make the gelatin: mix the gelatin with the water and let it rest for 15 minutes
Heat it over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it starts to boil
Add the sugar and essence
Mix well
Let it boil for another 10 minutes
Pour into a dish that measures 23 x 35 cm
Let it cool and set
Cut into cubes
In individual serving dishes or plates, place gelatin cubes and fruit cubes
Prepare a syrup by boiling sugar and water for 5 minutes
Drizzle the syrup over the dishes
Serve in six portions.
