Add the gelatin to the water and let it hydrate for a few minutes
Heat over low heat in a double boiler, stirring until dissolved
In a bowl, combine the chocolate, sugar, and milk, whisking slowly as you add the ingredients
Add the gelatin and mix well
Distribute the mixture into 10 molds of 7.5 cm in diameter, greased with oil
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve, if desired, with hot chocolate
