Caramel sauce

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
16 medium strawberries, hulled and sliced

Grease a flat surface with butter
In a pan, combine water, vinegar, and sugar
Stir well
Once caramelized, remove from heat
Using a fork, dip strawberries in the caramel sauce
Drain excess caramel and place on greased surface
Pour remaining caramel over same surface, making designs
Let cool and remove with care
Whipped cream
In a blender, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form
Add plain yogurt
Mix delicately and reserve
In each tart, place 1 tablespoon of liqueur, add reserved whipped cream, and top with four caramelized strawberries
Decorate with caramelize designs and serve immediately.
