6 large and ripe strawberries, peeled and seeded, passed through a fine-mesh sieve
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (36 g), dissolved in warm water with 1/2 cup water
2 cups plain yogurt, whipped with 1/2 cup granulated sugar
6 large and ripe strawberries, peeled and seeded, passed through a fine-mesh sieve

1/2 cup water

2 cups plain yogurt, whipped with 1/2 cup granulated sugar
In a blender, combine the strawberries, seedless pulp, sugar, and water
Blend until smooth
Add half of the gelatin mixture to the strawberry blend and mix well
Pour the mixture into an ungreased 21 cm diameter mold and refrigerate until firm
Whip the remaining gelatin mixture with the plain yogurt and spoon over the set jelly layer
Refrigerate until firm, about 10 servings.
