Peel the grapefruits and cut into segments
Let it drain
Soak the gelatin in a little cold water
Heat half of the grapefruit juice
Add the softened gelatin and mix well to dissolve it
If it doesn't dissolve well, place it in a warm water bath for a few minutes
Add the sugar and mix well
Add the pomegranate
Arrange the grapefruit segments in a rectangular shape
Layer the mixture, covering with a little gelatin and alternating layers until the mold is filled
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
To serve, cut into slices
Place a little grapefruit juice on a plate and top with a slice of gelatin
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
