FOR THE DRESSING

4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed or concentrated orange juice
2 tablespoons of honey
2 medium green apples, peeled and cut into slices
1 small melon, cut into triangles
200g of strawberries, cut in half

In a medium bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients well
Cover and refrigerate
Distribute the fruits onto a decorative platter or individual plates, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
When serving, place 1/4 cup of dressing over each fruit salad portion or, if preferred, leave it aside
