Mix the gelatin with water and let it hydrate for a few minutes
Heat over low heat in a bain-marie, stirring until dissolved well
Mix with the orange juice and sugar
Transfer to a decorated mold, 21cm in diameter, greased with oil, and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve
