1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

3 large egg whites at room temperature

In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup of orange juice and sprinkle the gelatin on top
Let it sit for a few minutes to soften
Remove from heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves
Combine the remaining orange juice, grated orange zest, and lime juice in a bowl
Set aside
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks
Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form
Set aside
Pour the gelatin mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate
Whisk the egg mixture until smooth and fold it into the chilled gelatin mixture
Pour the mousse into individual serving cups or glasses and refrigerate until firm
Serve chilled.
