Follow the instructions for orange gelatin, using lemons instead of oranges and dry sherry instead of juice
Add the dry sherry after straining the gelatin through a cheesecloth
Place the gelatin in a 1-liter mold and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and, if desired, garnish with lemon slices
