3 egg whites (use the remaining from whipped cream)

Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 5 minutes
Combine the boiling water, sugar, and lemon juice
Mix until the gelatin dissolves
Let it cool
When the mixture starts to thicken, add the beaten egg whites
Beat well
Pour into a wet mold
If desired, serve with a vanilla sauce.
