6 peeled pineapple chunks
1 and 1/2 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
2 packets of flavorless gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup of water
1 cup of heavy cream
6 peeled pineapple chunks

2 packets of flavorless gelatin dissolved in 1/3 cup of water
1 cup of heavy cream
Blend the pineapples with the water in a blender
Strain through a sieve, add half a cup of sugar and mix well
In a bowl, combine five cups of pineapple mixture, gelatin, and heavy cream
Mix until smooth
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set
Unmold and reserve
Mix the remaining pineapple and sugar, use as sauce when serving
Decorate with pineapple shells and green leaves.
