1.5 kg watermelon

2 tablespoons of black grape syrup

Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
Cut the watermelon in half, remove the pulp and prepare the juice (1.25 liters)
Reserve the rind
In a bowl, mix together the watermelon juice, lime juice, and dissolved gelatin
Add the grapes and pour into the fruit shell
Refrigerate until firm
To serve, cut into slices.
