In a blender, combine the boiling water and gelatin and blend for about 30 seconds
Add the grape juice, heavy cream, and sugar and continue blending, adding the ice cubes gradually, until the mixture is smooth (about 10 minutes)
Distribute among four plates, drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of cassis liqueur, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 20 minutes before serving
