12 oz of ricotta cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
6 tablespoons of cooking spray for oven and stovetop
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 cup (8 oz) of water
12 oz of ricotta cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mix well the ricotta cheese, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, half of the lemon juice, and half of the cooking spray
Place in a greased mold and bake in the medium oven. Reserve
Mix the cornstarch, water, lemon juice, and remaining cooking spray
Cook over low heat until thickened
Serve the pudding with the syrup.
