1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of boiling water
1 small can (180g) of frozen concentrated grape juice
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3/4 cup of Concord grapes, halved and seeded
1 medium banana, cut into cubes

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
Add boiling water, stirring until dissolved
Immediately add the concentrated grape juice and lemon juice
Stir until the liquid has stopped congealing
Place in the refrigerator to thicken slightly
Combine with grapes and banana
Pour into a lightly oiled mold or 6 individual molds
Refrigerate until firm
Serves 6
