1 Reserve half the guava for decoration and use the rest in a blender
Add the bread, milk, and orange juice and blend until smooth (approximately 1 minute)
2 Distribute among four cups and top each with ice cream balls
Regulate with orange liqueur
3 Decorate the cups with reserved guava cut into strips and lemongrass leaves
Serve immediately.
