1 package of unflavored gelatin
1 quart (approximately) of water
10 azalea flowers
1 envelope of flavor enhancer
1 package of unflavored gelatin

Cook the flowers in the water for 4 minutes
Strain and dissolve the gelatin and flavor enhancer in that broth
Let it cool down
Arrange the flowers at the bottom of a small mold
Place the jelly on top and let it set
Unmold in the center of a white plate.
