6 ripe bananas

Peel the bananas and cut them into 2 cm thick slices
Combine all ingredients and heat over low heat in a bain-marie until the sugar is fully dissolved
Remove the mixture from the heat and whisk continuously for about 15 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency
Increase the heat and beat the mixture vigorously for several minutes to achieve the right thickness
Transfer the pudding to sterilized, airtight containers
Allow it to cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 weeks.
