3 cups (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons dark rum
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
150g unsalted butter

2 large tablets of chocolate

1 can of heavy cream
2 tablespoons dark rum
200g whipped cream

Filling

200g whipped cream
Mix everything well and line a removable bottom pan with the batter
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes
Filling
Melt the chocolate tablets over low heat with a little water
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the flour
Combine the heavy cream
Add the eggs, rum, and melted chocolate
Mix well for 2 minutes
Pour into the prepared pan and let cool
Then refrigerate and freeze until firm
When firm, top with whipped cream.
