Directions

Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes

Add the hot coffee and rum, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved

Add the sugar and stir until everything is well mixed and dissolved

Pour into a serving dish

Refrigerate until firm (can be served with whipped cream if desired).
