1 package of raspberry gelatin (regular or dietetic)
1 cup of dry white wine
8 cubes of ice, diced
unflavored whipped cream from a can, or chantilly-style topping, thawed (optional)

Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water
Place it in a blender and blend for 5 seconds
Add the wine and diced ice
Blend for an additional 20 seconds until smooth
Pour into individual cups and refrigerate for about 6 minutes
If desired, top with whipped cream
Serve immediately, as it will liquefy if left in the refrigerator for too long
Repeat every 4 hours.
