Cut the abiu fruit into pieces
Cook in a covered pan
Add the cinnamon, cane stick, and clove
Return to heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes away from the bottom of the pan and the pudding is shiny
Remove from heat, add grated coconut, and return to heat until boiling, always stirring
