1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup toasted and chopped soybeans

Mix together in a bowl the flour, soy flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
Stir well with a spoon
Add the vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup cold water
Mix well with a spoon
Add more 1/4 cup cold water if needed
Mix well with a spoon
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and spread the batter evenly
Dust with toasted and chopped soybeans
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 25-30 minutes
Let cool, then serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
