Mix all ingredients together and let it simmer at low heat until the sugar has dissolved
Cook over high heat until thickened (takes about 30 minutes), stirring frequently
Immediately pour into preheated molds, leaving a 6 mm gap free on the surface
Close well and cook in a water bath for 15 minutes.
