500g of dried damaskos

500g of dried damaskos

Soak the damaskos in sufficient cold water to cover, for one hour
Drain 3/4 cup of this liquid
Add the damasko, chopped orange, raisin, and sugar
Cook slowly until thickened, approximately one hour
Pour into sterilized and warm jelly jars, and seal tightly.
