Wash and peel the fruits, remove seeds
Chop finely or blend for each serving of fruit add 1 1/2 cups of cold water
Let it rest overnight
Place in a saucepan and cook slowly for one to two hours until very soft; let it rest again overnight
For each serving of fruit add one cup of sugar and cook approximately 20 minutes or until, removing a spoonful of gelatin and tilting it, two drops begin to fall separately and join as they fall into the saucepan
Pour into sterilized warm jars.
