Acquire organic roses or use those from your garden
Roses from floricultures have many pesticides
Separate the petals, wash them, and cook them in 1/2 liter of water until they're very soft
For each cup of broth and petals, combine 3/4 cup of salt
Return to heat, add the lime juice, and simmer until it forms a jelly-like consistency
Store immediately in sterilized jars and seal tightly
