2 cups of milk - 480ml
2 tablespoons (level) of all-purpose flour - 6g
1 cup of peanuts

Roast the peanuts in the oven, remove the skin and grind them in a blender or food processor
Set aside
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter or margarine, and flour dissolved in milk
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and releases from the bottom of the pan
Pour into a greased bowl and let cool
Add the ground peanuts, mix well, and shape into cubes about 2cm
Make around 120 pieces
Note: The fudge can be prepared up to a week in advance, provided it is stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
