2 1/2 kg of black grapes

Remove the grape pulp
Cook the pulp until the seeds are released
Strain the pulp through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds
Grind the orange peels in a machine
Mix the pulp, peel, sugar, juice, and raisins together
Let it boil
Cook quickly until the mixture thickens slowly, stirring occasionally
Add the nuts and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Place in sterilized containers while hot and seal hermetically.
