Remove the orange and lemon seeds and blend the fruits finely
Place them in a pot with 3 cups of water and cook slowly until almost all the liquid has been absorbed and the peel is tender
If the mixture thickens too much before the peel is tender, add a little more water and continue cooking
Add the mango and pineapple with its juice
Add the sugar and cook until it thickens and becomes transparent
Check the consistency of the gelée by placing some in a bowl and letting it cool
When it reaches the desired consistency, remove from heat
Pour into warm sterilized jars and seal immediately
Make 6 jars of 250g each
