Melt the chocolate tablets in a double boiler, broken into small pieces
Add two and a half tablespoons of hot water and one and a half cups of sugar
Beat in three eggs well for three minutes
Finally, add four tablespoons of butter or margarine while still beating
Pour over the cake
Enjoy the leftover to make the Chocolate Sauce.
