1 1/2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
1/2 cup of orange liqueur
4 oranges, peeled and cut into gummy pieces
2 tablespoons of raisins
4 tablespoons of dark chocolate shavings

In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, confectioner's sugar, flour, grated orange zest, and orange liqueur
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Set aside to cool - you can store it in the refrigerator to serve chilled, if preferred
Mix delicately the gummy orange pieces and raisins with the creamy mixture
Distribute the dessert into four individual serving dishes or use the orange peels as molds, as shown in the photo, sprinkling dark chocolate shavings on top
Serve when ready
