In a bowl, combine the flour and butter to obtain a crumbly mixture
Make a depression in the center and add the fennel juice
Mix with a fork until the ingredients are well combined
Knead until it becomes homogeneous
Wrap in plastic film
Reserve for 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Divide the dough into three portions
On a floured surface, open each portion to a thickness of 2 mm
Sprinkle one-third of the Parmesan cheese over each portion and lightly roll it to secure the cheese

Cut strips of 1.5 cm in width by 25 cm in length
Hold one end and twist the strip with your other hand
Transfer to a greased baking sheet
Repeat the process until all the dough is used up
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from the oven and let cool.
