Fry the onion in oil, in a pan over low heat, until golden brown for about 30 minutes
Add the beef and fry it, until it loses its reddish color
Add the paprika and salt and mix well
Add the pepper, mix well and cook over low heat with the lid on, until the beef is tender
If needed, add hot water gradually
The sauce should be thick
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
