The night before, soak the cod in milk, covered, in the refrigerator
On the next day, arrange the potato and onion with butter in a baking dish
Microwave on high for 13 minutes
Add the cod, cover with the milk mixed with flour and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at the same heat
Stir and let it sit for another 5 minutes at high heat
