1 kg of cleaned beef roll
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 kg of peeled and seeded tomatoes
2 carrots
1 stalk of celery
1 handfull of chopped fresh parsley
2 liters of hot water
1 bell pepper seedless, chopped
1 onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1 kg of cleaned beef roll
1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 beef bouillon cube
Wash the beef roll thoroughly under running water
Put it in a large pot, cover with cold water and add vinegar
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for five minutes
Drain and wash again under running water. Reserve
Dice the tomatoes and onion into small pieces and put them in a large pot
Add the carrots, celery, and parsley, and stir well
Add the beef roll and enough hot water to cover it
Stir in the oil and beef bouillon cube
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for two hours or until the beef is tender
If necessary, add more hot water
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Let the sauce thicken before serving
Serve hot with white rice.
