500g lean beef (filet mignon or baby-beef) cut into fine shreds (or ask your butcher to do it)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup fresh tomato diced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 slices of light bread, toasted slightly

2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 slices of light bread, toasted slightly
Combine beef and onion in a bowl, place it over a heatproof surface, and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
Remove from the bowl and transfer to another container
Add all remaining ingredients (except bread) and microwave on high for an additional 3 minutes or until cooked through
Serve on top of the toasted bread
