2 cups of cooked rice (use leftovers)

salt and pepper to taste

To make the rice mixture, combine it with the onion, butter, and egg
Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a round, slightly greased refractory mold
Tuna patty-shaped and place it on top of the rice
Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour over the tuna
Put in a moderate oven for about 50 minutes or until, when inserting a knife about halfway through, it comes out clean
Serve warm, cutting into 4-6 portions.
