3 cloves garlic, minced
3 slices of bacon, diced (60 g)
1 teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients well
Divide the mixture into six portions
On a smooth surface brushed with oil, shape each portion into a hamburger using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a grill to high heat
Brush it lightly with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two hamburgers at a time for 2 minutes on each side, or until they're well browned
Transfer them to a plate and serve immediately.
