In a pressure cooker, cook the cordoba beans for 20 minutes after starting to simmer
Transfer it to a bowl and reserve
Still in the pressure cooker, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion, and brown the okra
Add the vegetable broth and, after simmering, cook for five more minutes
Add the reserved cordoba beans, bay leaf, linguiça, salt, and let it cook without pressure for ten minutes
Sprinkle with parsley and serve
