Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until they become soft and slightly golden
Set aside
Mince the mushrooms well and place them in a bowl
Add the pork, egg, garlic, and onion
Mix well and season with salt
Shape the burgers into 1/4 cup portions of the mixture
Brush a non-stick skillet with olive oil and heat it over medium-low
Fry the burgers slowly on both sides until they are golden brown
