In a pot, place the cauliflower, cover with water and cook at high heat until tender
Drain well
Place the cauliflower in a bowl, add the bread crumbs, milk, egg, yolk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and mix
Divide into 10 portions
Spread oil on a flat surface and hands
Shape each portion to obtain a burger
Heat a non-stick pan with oil over medium heat
Fry the burgers at low heat until golden brown on both sides and serve.
