Dough
5 packets of active dry yeast for bread
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of warm water
1,2 kg of wheat flour approximately
1 cup of potato starch
1 3/4 cups of unsalted butter
5 eggs
1 egg yolk for brushing
1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese ralado for dusting
Filling
1 cup of dried tomato chopped
1 tablespoon of garlic puree
1 tablespoon of onion puree

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Combine yeast with salt and warm water
Add two cups of flour
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes
2 Add the remaining dough ingredients and mix until smooth and elastic
3 Add the filling ingredients and work the dough a little more
4 Distribute the dough in a panettone mold and let it rise for another 30 minutes
Brush with egg yolk and dust with cheese
Bake until golden.
