1 chicken breast (500g), boneless and skinless, cut into pieces
1 medium onion (100g), cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic
6 slices of whole wheat bread (120g)

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

For the salad
2 bunches of arugula leaves (160g)
1 medium mango (320g), cut into 1cm cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml)

In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined
Divide the mixture into six equal portions
Brush a flat surface with butter
Using an 8cm cookie cutter or shaping by hand, form each portion into a patty
Reserve on a buttered surface
Heat a large skillet or griddle over high heat
Brush with butter and reduce heat to medium
Fry two patties at a time for about 2 minutes per side
Arrange them on a plate and reserve
Prepare the salad: distribute arugula and mango in a bowl. Reserve
In a small bowl, combine salt, lime juice, and olive oil; mix well
Dress the reserved salad with this sauce
Serve the burgers with the salad
