2 cups (scant) of cooked black beans
500g of raw cassava flour
1/2 cup (scant) of butter
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 linguiça slices, cut into strips
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until it's translucent and soft
Add the minced garlic and cook for two minutes
Add the linguiça slices and fry them until they're golden brown
Gradually add the cassava flour, stirring with a wooden spoon for three minutes
Season with salt and pepper, add the cooked black beans, and stir delicately
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
