Clean the filet mignon, season with salt and reserve
Heat a steel skillet over medium heat with margarine and let it melt; add the paprika and filet mignon
Let the meat brown on both sides; then add the onion and wine
Wait for the liquid to reduce slightly; add the bacon cut into small pieces, heavy cream, and prunes
