1 Using a very sharp knife, mince the linguiça well
In a bowl, combine the linguiça, onion, paprika, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated
2 Divide the mixture into eight portions
Shape each portion into a burger patty
